It might not be safe to go out and communicate face to face with many different people and interact like you used to. Cafes are closed, so no attending meetups or local gatherings of like minded individuals interested in learning English. There are, however, things you can do to improve your speaking. First and foremost: speak!
Live Transcribe application by Google
See if Google can understand you . I was watching a Scottish comic on you tube the other day and the auto-generated subtitles did about as good as I did at understanding the speaker! See if you are intelligible to Google. too, it's free. Works on Turkish too, text can then be copied and pasted into another document. The only problem with the app is that it is hard to stop the transcription and exit the app.
As a foreign person living in Turkey, I think it is helpful to read aloud and practice forming the words I am trying to articulate.
There are many language exchange apps with which to practice speaking with someone remotely. I have not tried them out so I can't really recommend any. Your feedback and suggestions are welcome though.
